Hey Guys,
a lot of dutch people went to Osnabrück to see the demo from Toschpyro on the 6th of November this year, and maybe you have heard the romours...its all true!!!
There will be a PYROBATTLE in Germany next year!
(Heh, its not a war-kind-of-battle, but in a friendly way :wink
The battle is between Toschpyro Feuerwerke from Osnabrück and Cero Fireworks from Frankfurt.
You will see a very colorful and loud show, with lots of special products from Zink, Pyrotechnologie (ex-ABA), Jorge, Vaccalluzzo, Nico, Weco, Multibreak-Shells, Stepper and so on...! One competitor will shoot a composition (based on the rules, see blog!), then the other competitor will shoot his composition. So in the end there will be 16 compositions for the whole show! (expect a lot of 150mm Reports... ^^) The jury and the public will choose the winner!
Oh, by the way, the maximum caliber for shells will be 400mm (16") and for Saluts 150mm.
We have already a lot of sponsors for the event: Lesli and Glo-Fire will present some of their new Kat. 4 products in a demo, Pyrotechnologie will make a Salut-Show with shells "made in Germany" - and there is still more to come...maybe we will see Explo showing off their new "Pyro-Drums", who knows. But that is not confirmed yet.
We'll have a BBQ, a BVPK info-stand, maybe there will be a band playing, you can chat with other fireworks-freaks - and of course watch lots of good pyrotechnics!!!
We don't have a devinite date for the event yet, but we guess it will be at the end of may 2011, after the Pyroforum and the BAM-Event. We hope that it will take place somewhere near Osnabrück, so that a lot of you dutch people can watch the show! :wink:
Those who've seen the shows from Thomas (www.toschpyro.de) know that there will be some special products - and it will be loud - very loud! :wink:
