Very nice video!
Now you can see why these candles are so expensive and beautiful. Craftsmanship!

It's very interesting to see how they make the candles, specially ones that have inserts! But, I would have expected more labor from the 8"? spherical shell.

Yeah, I hope it too! In 2011, he did a very nice job!

Yes, but we need him at the castillos from the 15th and not in the first week.
He is good and he really needs a place in the last week.

Thanks for your excellent movie as always.

Yea , how they make the roman candles is really special. I have seen layers of powder as a delay and fuse. But I have never seen a plastic disk with a spanish timefuse in the middle as a delay between the comets. And they don't let you see everything because some things need to be secret I think.
I really would like to know the delay. It really looks like timefuse in the middle of a round disk.
Thats kinda strange then its : Visco, Timefuse in disk , Comet , Lift powder , Timefuse in disk, Comet , Lift powder.

So the comet lights first by the timefuse in the disk and then the burning comet lights the lift powder. That must be a slow burning comet otherwise it would burn away in the tube.

It's a system that's used for mines as well. The fuse on top lights the stars, and the stars light the liftcharge.

The advantage is that the comet already burns well and bright when leaving the tube.
Otherwise you see a part of the prime burning when the comet leaves the candle.
