Duitse Mascleta!!! van WECO 2008

Damn, WECO did it again.

They shot an opening mascleta (completly digital!!!) at the "3. Informationsveranstaltung Sprengstoffrecht -Sprengstoffe und Pyrotechnik-". This was held at the BAM in Berlin, Horstwalde (Brandenburg), 21. April 2008. It was the second mascleta ever fired in Germany!

Wow thanks for sharing this vid. Allthough it is not like the mascleta's shot in Spain, it is the same concept.

I Also think a ‘Mascleta’ isn’t the right term. I saw different aspects of several daylight shows. Like the Gunpowder tronada tubes, the timed Truenos and bang mines of a mascleta and the multibreak shells that you will see in Italian daylight shows. Weco shot there own version of a daylight show and I must say that it looked nice! Maybe the term “Bang show”, or in Dutch ‘Knal Show’ is more appropriate.

Thanks for sharing this video and I hope that this will not be the last time Weco shot such a display!
