Belgium match crackers

Hi all this is my first post :cheesy:

I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with Belgium match crackers. I will be going to Belgium soon so I want to know what brands to look out and rough prices of the different kinds of match crackers e.g. "pirates" and "widowmakers".

There isn't a lot of difference between the different brands, so it won't really matter what brand you buy.
The prices will vary between 2 to 3 euros for "pirats" and about the same for "widowmakers", although the widowmakers are sold in packs with 12 pieces and pirats are sold per 100

Hi Concept,

I would suggest you buy the original WECO Corsair matchcracker.
€ 17,50 for 100 pieces. For me these have the best bang and safest delay.

the Pirat special from bonbridge are also a good alternative and are a cheaper than the weco corsairs, but older batches had an problem with the delay.
