Animated Images

Hello Guys.

I have been trying to upload an animated gif image for my Avatar. But the site is telling me that we cannot upload animated images!

I did notice that some ppl on this forum do have animated images (GIF files). Can you please help me out here and tell me what I need to do to upload animated GIF avatars?

You can't upload animated images anymore,
I don't now why, but it can't.
I've tried it and it won't work.

I think the admin has turned this function off in de admin panel.
The people who had an animated avatar on that time, just had luck i guess.

Dear Moderators.

Is it possible for the animated avatsrs option to be put back on? I would realy love that!

I would like to link to one harmless little gif image that I uploaded on my own server.
