Bewuste poging om de mascletas op het plein minder aantrekkelijk te maken ten opzichte van die in de wijken, waarbij de verklaring voor het terugschroeven van het aantal kilo's volstrekt navolgbaar lijkt? Als ze op die manier inderdaad bezig zijn met het beperken van het aantal toeschouwers, is dat wel een aanwijzing dat het plein daadwerkelijk gebruikt gaat worden.
