We are writing to inform you of some important changes regarding our upcoming event.
Final Postponement Notice
Following the first postponement in June, we promptly coordinated with all involved parties to set a new date, which was scheduled for October 5th, 2024. We were aware that the summer holidays would make preparations tight, but we were committed to making it happen.
The mayor of Aldenhoven expressed full support for our event, and we submitted a new permit request.
However, several of our partners, including Hermanos Caballer, required guarantees at least 2 weeks before the event to schedule their employees. Without the permit, we could not provide these guarantees, as it cannot be insured without approval.
Unfortunately, despite the mayor’s support, the official permit process is time-consuming. Time ran out, and we were unable to secure the permit in time, forcing us to postpone the event ourselves.
New Final Date
We anticipated potential delays and secured a backup date, which will now serve as the final event date: May 24th, 2025.
This will be our final attempt to hold the event. Should unforeseen circumstances arise preventing this date from succeeding, we will discontinue the event and initiate ticket refunds accordingly.
Ticket Refunds
Please review the terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your tickets.
Since the event is postponed and not canceled, ticket refunds will not be processed at this time.
We understand the frustration this may cause for some ticket holders, and there is a solution.
Although we are unable to reopen ticket sales until the permit is approved, you can sell your tickets securely through TicketSwap.com. This function on TicketSwap.com will be active very soon.
New Permit
Since October 5th is no longer feasible, we are preparing a new permit request for May 24th, 2025.
Once approved, ticket sales will reopen.
We understand the long wait, so we are planning an extra surprise to enhance your event experience.
Youth Tickets (New Date)
• Free entry will be granted to anyone born on or after June 23rd, 2012.
• Attendees born between June 23rd, 2006, and June 23rd, 2012, can enter with a youth ticket. This is specifically for those turning 18 on or before May 24th, 2025.
• If you qualify for a youth ticket and wish to consume alcohol at the age of 18, please present your ID at the door to receive an adult wristband. Youth wristbands will not allow alcohol purchases.
Location and Parking
The event will still be held at the Aldenhoven Testing Center in Aldenhoven, Germany.
For parking tickets, we recommend using TicketSwap.com very soon, or waiting until the permit is approved to purchase new parking passes.
Emails and Customer Support
If you have already sent us an email, please be patient while awaiting a response.
Sending multiple emails will result in being marked as spam, which may delay responses for everyone.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Final Thoughts
