I think that it's a highflyer(nederlands:hoogvlieger). I saw a little bit the same in my street last year, same lift off but a small effect, awesome in real. The rocket of sebastiaantje is very nice too, the partikels are hanging around very long.
Edit: The time delay from the first rocket is about 2 seconds, so 650/700 meters high.

I want to make clear that it was not my rocket . I found him, while i was searching for some nice movies on the net from 'signal' rockets. The only signal rockets I ever had where the 'zink 901' and some other signalrockets. But this rocket looked quite impressive to me. But thanks anyway.
