When are fireworks sold in Denmark?

Does anyone here know when fireworks are sold in Denmark?
All throughout the year or just a few days before New year's day?

Section 12 ... only be sold in the retail trade sector from 1–31 December. ... shall not apply to small fireworks.

'll be makin' a trip in December this year.
I had one of those pictured bottomleft (6 for 350) and I can tell they're awesome!
Is there a shop close across the german border or anywhere near Horsens where I can buy from this brand? (H.C. Andersen?)

I bought Jem & Fix before, but this is better stuff! No half empty ball rockets as we have in Belgium and Netherlands.., but packed with effects! Gotta love it!
