Kampioen der Kampioenen zo mogen we deze editie van Victoria - Gasteiz wel noemen want de winnaars vanaf 2003 tot en met 2008 zullen het tegen elkaar opnemen. Het festival vind plaats van 4 Augustus tot en met 9 Augustus. De stad ligt in Noord Spanje op zo een 100Km van San Sabastian af het binnenland in.
