I found some footage from Rafael Terol Guijarro, who died in the accident at the fireworks factory from Zamorano Caballer in Alzira, Valencia in 2007. Its from a German TV documentation.




"Rafael Terol Guijarro, also called "El Tapia" died on the 25th of April 2007 because of an accident at the fireworks factory from Zamorano Caballer in Alzira, Valencia / Spain.
This video from 1999 shows him preparing a fireworks show in Valencia, it was the only footage of him I could find.
Rest in Peace."
