Hi Freaks,

last week I attended a 5 days course in southern Germany to do my license in "Special effects and TV-/film pyrotechnics". In Germany all kinds of pyrotechnics need their special licenses with different conditions to be allowed to take part in a course (display fireworks, indoor pyrotechnics, manufacturing, film pyrotechnics). So, after this license I got them all
With this license one is allowed not only to buy&use pyrotechnics but high explosives of any kind too. In the course e.g. we made extend use of detonation cord and squibs to blow fuel, flour and cement as special effects.
