Might be a little off-topic, but I need to understand this text to make reservations for a fireworksfestival in Italy.

Italian text:
Siamo spiacenti ma non abbiamo la possibilità di avere letti separati.

I do not understand spiacenti.

Translation:
We are [spiacenti] but we do not have the possibility of separate beds.

Fuokista? Anyone?

spiacenti means something like "We're sorry" or in Dutch: "helaas".

So the full translation is: We are sorry, but we do not have the possibility of separate beds.
