Here is a film of the fireworks at the Chinese New Year celebrations in London earlier this year....and it was COLD!!!, the whole thing went on for about 10 minutes and dragged at times, so here are the edited highlights....not the best place to film from had to squeeze to the front...

Thanks for this movie Meggs. Its nice to see how they celebrate this in London. Was it setup in Chinatown or have they fired at somewhere else ?

Was fired in Leicester Square, which is just next to Chinatown....

i have to say; Some of the celebration crackers they used, are of very good quality! Also the manner of how they celebrate this newyear is very well done.
Instead of shooting string by string they made a show of it.

Here in holland they shoot string by string in front of a Chinese restaurant etc.
