on 18th last year we were standing right beside the firing system when they fired it great i guess they know us through working with Fest. Then its of to get some bangs we go to a place in Sueca near the pretty lights we also found one to the right of the train station bull ring 2nd street i think but you better get there before those dutch guys(amazed) because they would buy the whole shop if they could:bigsmile:Will send a map to your E-mail.

Just have a picture in my mind of Yves with a couple of hundred no 4s just laying on the pavement outside the black sheep when he could not light them fast enough was just lighting the whole box.hope he brings some more of those cool lighters.

We are coming out for the 18th 19th will have to meet up know the area very well just waiting for a time table. The falla 99 is definetly the best.Its a bit like bonfire prayers they comemorate members passed by in upright cannons filled with black powder.
I was standing watching one of the small ones up a side street when it got up to me i turned round to say thats f in loud & found everyone else was 25mtrs away.

The called Borracho's and you can buy them at Calle sueca (pyroshopping) and at calle cadiz (el fallero). But be carefull they have a very unsafe fuse. One spark and it lights. (wich makes it easy to light a lot :nuts:)

There is always money welcome in the jar!~:laugh: Last year it was around 2500 euro. This year we hope to make it to the 3000 euro. We will see. It is always a party out there!

We are 14-15-16-17-18 always near palau in the evening. Come and jois us. Otherwise we will perhaps see us at the black sheep or at the mascleta place.

And if you are there and you see me running (i don't run much) you better would be also running!:push:

I'm the big guy in the movie with the traca's! You will reconize me :bigsmile:

Yes, whilst there is much fun to be had, over the years we have had loads of things taken from us by the police, especially barrachos and petards over Num 3, so don't waste your money by buying loads of things and acting in too mad a way, as they now have loads of plain clothes police roaming around watching for such things and you will just lose them, as yet to see someone get arrested.....

There are some changes that may mean you cannot buy such things this year in any event.

I was there and did NOT enjoy it at all. Because of this traca I got hit very hard by a heavy piece of clay on my throat just next to my Adam's apple (while just walking out of the Black Sheep). Fortunately, everything turned out fine and after a day the pain went away, but could have been much worse!!! Could have been one's eye for example and with the speed this thing came towards me it would have gone straight through.

Black Sheep used to be a nice place were you could sit outside and talk with fellow pyros. Every now and then some people would light some truenos and on the last evening I always lit some nice cakeboxes. Last year I decided not to, because I wasn't enjoying myself there.

Now it's simply too dangerous and too loud outside. I don't like it anymore.
It's a nice place for cakeboxes (like a mini Cabalgata del Fuego), but not for so many truenos.
