(News from Fireworkstown.com ) Guangzhou (The capital of Guangdong province, China) municipal government held a "Special Executive Meeting on Guangzhou Safety Production and Fire Protection Work" on March 24, 2008. The resolution of this meeting was that Guangzhou would Quit the Transportation Market for Fireworks Imp & Exp. Business.

Before this meeting, Guangzhou Pan Yu customs had already paused the Fireworks Imp & Exp. Business in Nansha new port because this port was still lack of the conditions to store dangerous products.

More and more Chinese shipping companies and harbours refuse to work with fireworks .

It's a shame all Dutch fireworkmanufacturers were closed in the past , otherwise we could make our own .

this is a situation that is affecting everyone in the fireworks industry that imports from China.

Somehow this must be able to be fixed.

I think 2008 is going to be a terrible year for the Dutch fireworkmanufacturers. They discused already about this begin 2007!

Hopefully they did there homework before they closed the manufacturers there!
