I think this is the only affordable one in the world. The Pyrodigital one probably costs an arm and a leg like all PD stuff. I bet Fire one is pissed that they do not have a simulator.
You do not need a simulator to design kick ass shows but I am going to buy Showsim before my next season because I am sick of playing around in excel. It is ok with excel when you are personally executing your own show but when you get to the stage where you have pyros preparing, rigging and shooting your shows without the designer, you need to be able to give them all sorts of printable reports so they know what to do. I will buy it principally for this reason.
