Elk jaar komen als er een nieuwe voorraad besteld word moet het product weer door een batch test.
Dus bijvoorbeeld de Baron Blitz is begin dit jaar afgekeurd maar de cakes die gekeurd zijn komen uit een Batch van 2013. De productie van 2014 kan wel gewoon goed zijn. En aangezien deze gewoon verkocht word moeten we er vanuit gaan dat hier niks mee aan de hand is.

Product mag wel verkocht worden maar niet in Nederland

Dat is op dat moment helemaal nog niet zo zeker.
Het is een gevecht die je moet aangaan met de overheid instanties. Het is weleens zo geweest dat er inderdaad spullen in bijvoorbeeld Belgie of Duitsland werden verkocht maar ik heb ook gehoord dat er importeurs warend die geen toestemming kregen. Hoe dat precies zit weet ik niet maar het lijkt mij logisch dat wanneer een product voor de NL consumenten markt afgekeurd word je dit product wel gewoon aan prof schieters mag verkopen zodat hun het weg kunnen zetten in de prof shows die ze schieten.
