CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
The 8th Annual Cincinnati Bell/WEBN Fireworks show started with some rain, but did not put a damper on the energy of the crowd. Thousands of people were on the banks of the Ohio River Sunday night as the show started at 9:05 p.m.
Thousands of people poured onto the Cincinnati Waterfront to take part in P&G Riverfest before the show. Due to the weather crowds were smaller than last year.
There was a technical issue at the beginning of the show. WEBN had a feed issue with the soundtrack. The first 15 minutes of the show was to last year's soundtrack. The feed was repaired and the show went on as planned.
If you missed any of the two hours of coverage, you have several more opportunities to see it.
FOX19's Last Blast of Summer will re-air Monday from 10 a.m. until Noon, immediately following the FOX19 Morning Xtra on FOX19.
Monday night the show will air from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. on This TV, which is 19.2 on your regular dial, channel 994 on Time Warner Cable, channel 194 on Insight Cable, and 252 on Cincinnati Bell Fiberoptics.
