Bedankt weer voor alle recente video's!

Ik begin nu toch wel een beetje nieuwsgierig te worden, en heb het volgens mij nog nergens gelezen, maar wonen jij/jullie (tijdelijk) in Spanje? Jullie pakken zoveel shows mee op data die voor "gewone" toeristen/freaks totaal niet voor de hand liggen, dat het wel heel erg opvalt! (Niets mis mee overigens hoor! 😜)

Het kan uiteraard, maar het lijkt mij erg onwaarschijnlijk dat jullie elke paar weken even op en neer vliegen naar Valencia/Spanje?!?

I read in the description of your Youtube channel you're the 'For 91 Days'-guys, which I've been following on other social media (twitter (@for91days) & youtube) for the past 8 or 9 years (or maybe longer) I believe! 😃 (So all makes sense now!)

Good to see (one of) you guys here on the forum!

I've editted my previous post, since I recognized you guys after reading your bio/profile on Youtube! ;)

I believe one of you were American (US Citizen) and the other one German I believe? (So I guess the Dutch is done with help of Google Translate?) (Although German and Dutch aren't that far apart!)

I think you're right! I still (somewhat) remember Hola Valencia indeed! 🤯

Man, time has gone by so quick over the past 10(+) years, it's sometimes hard to fathom!

Didn't you guys also had (or have?) a Flickr(.com) account on which you used to post photos? I vividly remember a photo from a Falla/Comisión around lottery-ticket/betting booth (probably taken between 2010-2012) which showed a falla/commision looking for the score/outcome of (probably) a soccer match, which turned out to be the Falla/Comision I ended up joining in 2013!

Just bumped into one of you videos on youtube (the one beneath) and at 15:50 min. I immediately recognized that location within 1 second! 😄

I've spend so many hours/days in that street, over all those years, that I didn't even have 0.5s of doubt where it was: Carrer dels Centelles/Calle de los Centelles (so at Falla Cadiz - Los Centelles). There was also a short clip of a place (at 10:48) which is "far" away from the parts of the city where I spend most of my time, and where I've only walked past 2 times, 3 times max. in the past 13 years, but even that I almost recognized instantly!

I keep surprising myself over the years how many (and how quickly) I recognise places/locations in Valencia, based on sometimes a single photo or just a short clip on TV or youtube. Even places where I've barely walked by in all those years! 😵

Oh, and just for information: at 16:40min you can see a part of the Mascletà Nocturna from "my" Falla (Cadiz - Los Centelles). Could well have been that it was the last mascletà nocturna that Pirotecnia Ricardo Caballer have shot at our Falla, for the next coming years, since 'RICASA' has announced to completely stop shooting shows. (Although I thought we had a multi-year contract with him (I don't know untill when), so it might be that they still honor the smaller (multi year) contracts that they've already had closed before that decision was taken.

No way!!! And yes we used to post on Flickr until they started to offer Pro! With over 60k photos published wasn't a good deal for us, hehe! Yeah and I remember you mentioned joining the casal. Actually sow one of their street Mascletàs last year! Was really good! I need to see if I can find that picture you're talking about.

Same for me ... Mike always sends me random pictures - just patterns of the sidewalk with a bit of a building and I very often can guess where he is. Hehe. I was thinking to make a game out of it.

As mentioned in my previous answer - yes ... that was at your casal. Let me know what fireworks they're shooting this year and if Ricasa will be doing a show or not. See maybe around Fallas 2023!!!

A 'regular' (daytime) one? Or the Nocturna? (In that case: it shows up in your video I posted in my previous post (post #72), at 16:40 min.)

I will let you know as soon as I know, although I arrive a bit "late" in Valencia, on the 10th of March. (And there also is still a big chance that I might have to cancel my trip 'last-minute' this year, due to some difficult circumstances I'm dealing with currently.)

Anyway... if needed we can continue our conversation by DM/Personal Message (here on the forum), because I don't want to completely spam your topic with my "boring and long" conversations and annoy other members with it! 😁
