Mr. Fu Xuming is a very busy man, considering his double responsibilities as the managing director and commander of the organizing committee of 9th China (Liuyang) International Fireworks Festival. The Liuyang Fireworks Festival, held every two years, has been a grand worldwide fireworks celebration since the 1990s. This year the 9th festival occurs at a special time, when world economic crisis intensifies and world economies are in downturn. Thus the festival takes on even greater importance as it approaches its three aims: revitalize the fireworks industry, promote the Liuyang fireworks brand, and promote the transformation and improvement of the fireworks industry.
Approved and supported by our higher authorities, the 9th fireworks festival is to be held from May 22 to 24, 2009. But it is not merely a celebration. It will help to develop confidence, expand opportunities, stimulate consumption, and promote the advancement of the fireworks industry through trade and cultural exchange and cooperation.
The 9th festival has been contracted by the China famous brand winner, the leading fireworks group here in Liuyang, Dancing Fireworks Group.

Perfection
The festival bases itself upon fireworks people from home and abroad. Professionals from China Central Television will be in charge of recorded broadcast, direction and planning of artistic performance. Mass Meeting
