The shows of Nuits de Feu where very good. We have enjoyed good quality of shells and synchronisation. My favorite shows where shot by Pyrogramme(France), Pirico & Parente(Italy) and Apogée (Canada ). The shows of Millenium Fireworks(Uk) and Flash Barrandov where below expectation as Millenium used a lot of bad quality Chinese shells and Flash Barrandov shot the show on a way i think nobody understand.

We can see that this festival is a must see for every firework lover. The next one will be in the year 2008 and also we will be there again. This week we will upload the movies of the shows and for now you can see some photos we have taken from these shows.

The second place was for Pirico/parente. I was here last saturday and really enjoyed this beautifull festival. The show by Apogee was really very well shot with many very good quality shells (multibreaks and very bright colours offcourse all Italian import).
The show that from Flash was not that good but they had to deal with the fact that they brought their own fireworks with them and in France you could only use fireworks that are tested and numbered.
The show from Vincente Caballer was also good but not that good as the one shot by Apogee unfortunately, the beginning was very nice with the remarkable stepper sequences but due to the heavy smoke on the shooting site it wasn't always possible to see the effects.
The final show by Luso was also a very nice one....next time I will take the fully three days off :7

Well isnt that strange??
BEcause Parente has fired the day before Vicente Caballer. I think normally that they would have cleared there equipement after the shows????

I guess apogee was using the materials of parente, because apogee of sort of sister company of parente. Don't think they took all there materials with the boat from canada

I do not exactly know how the logistics are planned, but what I do know is that more than 100 pyrotechnicians work on setting up the display one week before the actual day of the display.

I can imagine that this means that (some of the) mortars and communication lines are already put in place one week before. And that just might be a reason to leave your stuff and remove it after the last display has been fired.

Just a thought.

This is not totally true, alle the company's have to take there own equipment with them (like you say). But from what I saw they start removing there stuff the day after they shot their fireworks:

I don't know exactly how it works but as you can see they are removing their stuff (this picture was taken on saturday)

Well, in that case they did a hell of a job setting up three displays like that simultaneously.

And as long as I'm here, I'd like to share some pics with the English speaking section. The first pic shows that Mr. Sinasy has also been to Chantilly.
