Fireworks Booth Permit Applications Available

The City of Roseville fireworks booth permit applications, which allow qualified local non-profit organizations to sell fireworks in the City limits of Roseville are now available. There are eleven (11) permits available this year. The application packets are available at the Roseville Fire Department, Administration Office, located at 401 Oak Street. The deadline for returning the completed applications to the Fire Department is Monday, February 26th at 5:00 PM.

If the Fire Department receives more than eleven (11) eligible applications, the a lottery drawing for the available permits will be held on Wednesday, March 7th, 10:00 AM, at the Roseville Fire Department, Administration Office, 401 Oak Street. Organizations interested in applying for a fireworks booth permit must meet all the following criteria:

· Qualify as a non-profit organization or corporation organized primarily for Veteran, patriotic, welfare, civil betterment or charitable purposes and,

· Have a bonafide membership of at least 20 members and,

· Have been in existence within the City of Roseville for a period of one year before the fireworks booth application date.
