According to the relevant news, fireworks and firecrackers also belong to one of those cooperation items of Port Inspection and Delivery. The item of "Import and Export Goods Direct Delivery"is a part of the contents of "Pan Pearl River Delta Area Economical Collaboration" and it is included into the cooperation frame means that the management leadership of those ports which undertakes the task of transporting fireworks and firecrackers can't unilaterally declare to close the seaports which are located in Guangdong province or the other places.If there were no serious accidental events, it will be hard to happen the case like Sanshui port with a reasonable excuse suddently stop transporting fireworks and firecrackers last year.
