En 1884 se plantó una falla en la plaza Na Jordana (hoy plaza Faller Pere Borrego i Galindo), que con los años culminó en una de las fallas más importantes e históricas de la ciudad de Valencia. La historia de Na Jordana supera el relato parcial de un colectivo.
La historia de esta comisión, con una presencia ininterrumpida y dilatada como falla puntera, permite que a través de ella se pueda entender la evolución histórica, estética y socioeconómica de la fiesta. La historia de las fallas no es sólo la historia de Na Jordana, por supuesto, pero toda la historia de Na Jordana es historia de las fallas desde sus orígenes hasta hoy.
